1Introduction

Welcome to DayQuota ("the App"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, usage, and your rights as a user, especially in light of international regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

2. Data Collection and Usage

DayQuota is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first philosophy.

  • Local StorageAll work logs, quotas, and earnings data are stored strictly on your device's local database.
  • No Cloud SyncWe do not operate servers that store your personal work data. If you change devices, you must manually move your data.
  • Device PermissionsWe may request access to storage (for data export/backup) or notifications. These are optional.
  • Analytical DataWe may use basic, anonymized crash reports to improve app stability.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To provide this application for free, we integrate Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Google's use of advertising identifiers (such as the AAID on Android) allows them and their partners to serve ads based on your visit to our App and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can learn more about how Google uses data by visiting:Google Privacy & Terms

4. International Privacy Rights

GDPR (European Union)

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Since we do not store your data on our servers, these rights are primarily exercised by you directly through the App settings (clearing data or deleting the app).

CCPA/CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt-out of the "sale" of personal information (which may include data sharing for personalized ads).

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
